How to Book

The quickest way to book is by using our online booking tool. We endeavour to keep it as up to date as possible to allow you to book at any time of the day or night, wherever in the world you may be! We ask that you also complete the Driver Questionnaire when the deposit has been paid and also forward your supporting documents at this time as well.
Our low booking deposit is 25% of the hire rate and is charged by Paypal when you make a reservation.
On collection we will take a £500 refundable security deposit for the van. (£1,000 if under the age of 25). This is only refundable if the van is brought back in the same condition as it left in (same fuel level, clean). If you do get involved in an accident then the amount for the cost to repair will be deducted from the deposit.
Booking deposit is returnable if the booking cancelled four weeks prior to the start of hire. Booking deposit will not be refunded if cancelled within four weeks of hire start date.
